WAY SDRPLDS AND TO QUITCLAI?I SAID PROPERTY 'f0 THE ORIGIAAL GRANTOR
WHEREAS, by Deed dated August 4, 1947, recorded in nolnae 82, Page 444, of
the Deed Records of [err County, Josephine Retd Nutter and C. N. Nutter conveyed by
donation to the State of Texas a tract of land contalaiog 3.36 acres; and
WHEREAS, it is nos apparent [hat a portion of this land is no longer needed for
use of the citizens for highway purposes;
IT IS, THEREFORE, REQDESTED by the Coas.issioners' Court of Kerr County, Taxes,
at its regular aeeting that the State Highway and Public Transportation Cossission
pave an appropriate Minute Order declaring this 0.297 of an acre, being arore
particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to be
surplus right of way and to addition requesting that the Goveraor of the State of
Texas execute a quitclai>r deed quitclaising all tight, title and interest in and to
said surplus tract to the original grantors, their heirs or assigns without charge
for the land or aarvice fee.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 8th day of June 1981.

Being 0.297 acres of land, more or less, out of and a part of a 0.71
acre tract of land, said 0.297 acres, more or less, being out of the
C.P. Smith Survey No. 1102, said 0.71 acre tract of land being the sane
land described in a deed from Josephine Reid Natter, et vir to the State
of Texas, dated Aug. 4, 1947, recorded in Volume 82, Page 444, geed
F.ecords of Kerr County, Texas, said parcel of land being more particularly
3escribed by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the existing south right of way line of Stare
Highway No. 27b for the northwest corner of this tract, said point
being South 78 17'00" East, 148.4 feet from as existing right of way
*:arker and being further described as being 60.00 feet at right angles
from Engineer's Station 700+21.88 on the centerline of existing State
Highway Pio. 27;
THE2dCE South 77022'00" East xith the proposed south right of way line at
said highway, a distance of 235.12 feet to a point, said point being
60.00 feet at right angles from Engineer's PC Station 702+57.00 on the
centerline of said highway;
THENCE with the arc of a circular curve to the right, a distance of 21.46
feet to a point, which curve has a radius of 2804.93 feet and a chord
beari S
ng 77 08'50" E, a distance of 21.46 feet, said point being 60 .GO
feet at right angles from Engineer's Station 702+78.92 on the centerl ne
of said highway;
THENCE S oath xith the proposed east property line of this tract, a distance
of 62.33 feet to the proposed southeast corner of this tract, and being
in the existing south right of way line of said highway;
THEfICE North 72°45'00" West xith the said existing south right of way line,
a distance of 262.15 feet to the proposed southwest property corner of
this tract;
TH~dCE North, with the proposed west property line of said property; a
distance of 40.79 feet to the place of. BEGINNING and contaiNing 0.297
acres of land, more or less.
