ORDER NO. 14363 ORDER RESCINDING ORDER NO. 14, 338 REQUESTING STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO QUITCLAIM UNUSED PORTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 27 RIGHT OF WAY TO ORIGINAL GRANTORS 1981 On this the 8th day of June came on to be heard and considered by the Court the request of the State Highway Department for a rescission by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County of its Order No. 14, 338 passed on May 11, 1981 adopting a resolution requesiing the reconveyance of an unused portion of State Highway 27 right of way to the original grantors; and it appearing to the Court that the title history of the property concerned requires a different reconveyance procedure under the laws of the State of Texas than that set forth in the said Order No. 14338 originally drafted by the Texas Highway Department, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Order No. 14,338 dated May 11, 1981 and recorded in Vol. P, page 38 of the minutes of the Court be in all things rescinded so that consideration may be given by the Court to two substitute resolutions relative to the reconveyance of the said unused portion of State Highway 27 right of way, which two resolutions have been drafted by the Texas Highway Department.
