ORDER REDEFINING PORTION OF COMMON BOUNDARY OF JUSTICE PRECINCTS 1
AND 4 OF KERR COUNTY SOUTH OF THE GUADALUPE RIVER EFFECTIVE JANUARY
1, 1982.
On this the 30th day of December, 1981, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of redefining a portion of the common
boundary of Justice Precincts 1 and 4 of Kerr County south of the
Guadalupe River; and it appearing to the Court that due to a
redefinition of a portion of the common boundary between election
precincts 1 and 6 which was necessitated by certain changes in the
boundaries of Commissioners' precincts 1 and 4 effective January 1,
1982, the provisions of the Texas Election Code require a redefinition
of a portion of the common boundary of Justice Precincts 1 and 4
south of the Guadalupe River, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Gnthria , seconded by Commissioner Sneakmon , and
unanimously approved by the Court that the common boundary of Justice
Precincts 1 and 4 between the north bank of the Guadalupe River and
the north corner of Survey 1134 be redefined as follows, effective
January 1, 1982:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Sur. 125 F. Martinez and
the southwest corner of Sur. 124, F Martinez, which point is situated
on the north bank of the Guadalupe River near the mouth of Goat Creek;
Thence southwesterly in a direct line crossing the Guadalupe
River to the northwest corner of Sur. 139 H. B. Martin;
Thence southwest with the northwest line of Sur. 139 to the point
of its intersection with the northwest line of the Bear Creek County
Road and continuing southwest with the northwest right of way line
of the Bear Creek County Road and the approximate northwest line of
Sur. 139 to the southwest corner of Sur. 139;
Thence southwesterly with the meanders of the west right of way
line of the Bear Creek Road to the point of its intersection with
the northwest line of Sur. 1373, P. A. Crenshaw and continuing southeaster)
with the meanders of the southwest right of way line of the Bear Creek
County Road to the point of its intersection with the northwest line of
Sur. 1374, M. W. Burleson;
Thence southwest with the northwest line of Sur. 1374 to its
west corner;
Thence southeast with the southwest line of Sur. 1374 to its south corner;
Thence northeast with the southeast line of Sur. 1374 to a
southwest corner of Sur. 1472, Mina Wilson;
Thence southeast with a southwest line of Sur. 1472 to its south corner;
Thence southeasterly in a direct line to the north corner of Sur. 1134.
It is further ordered that the remainder of the boundaries
of Justice Precincts 1 and 4 shall remain as heretofore defined, and
that the terms of Court in the said Justice Precincts shall remain
as heretofore set by the Commissioners' Court.
