MOTION TO ACCEPT PLAN B AS PRESENTED IN PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSALS FOR REALIGNMENT OF KERB COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 1980 CENSUS
DATA
On this the 29th day of June 1981, a motion was made by
Commissioner Holland to accept PLAN B as presented in a
public hearing, regarding proposals for realignment of
Kerr County Commissioners' Precincts, in accordance
with the 1980 Census Data,
Commissioner Guthrie seconded the motion.
Members of the Court voting "AYE" - Commissioner Holland.
Members of the Court voting "NO" - Commissioners Speakmon,
Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Neunhoffer.
Motion failed.
