made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a routine pay
adjustment of Anne Graham, Deputy Tax Assessor-
Collector, from $7,b80.00 per annum to $8,040.00 per
annum, effective September 1st, 1981.
