APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR
YEAR 1980, ENDING JUNE 30, 1981
On this the 14th day of September 1981, came on to be
examined by the Court the settlement with Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30th,
1981 and it appearing to the Court that said reports are in
proper form and should be approved, and that the Tax Assessor-
Collector be credited with the amount as set forth on the
current tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and
Discounts Allowed, as follows:
The collection represents a collection for the tax year
1980 in the amount of 90.19%,
and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the
amount collected in addition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax Collections, Redemptions, etc., as listed on the report
Motion made by Commissioner Holland seconded
by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved the
Annual Reports of Tax Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith,
for the tax year 1980, ending June 30th, 1981.
