Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Holland ,
the Court unanimously approved that the application of DORIS
LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, be granted, to re-confirm
the appointment of WINNIE LEATHERMAN to WINNIE WEID, DEPUTY
TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR (Name change due to marriage August
1st, 1981), that her deputation in the name of WINNIE WELD
be effective the date of her qualification.
