Boyce be appointed County Health Officer for a two year term, effective January 1, 1981. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14239 CONSENT TO THE APPOINTT4ENT TO FILL A VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY On this the 1st day of January, 1981, came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of consenting to the appointment to fill a vacancy in the office of Assistant County Attorney to serve at a rate of compensation to be set by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, at the special instance and request of and for a period of time to be determined by County Attorney, H. Ritman Jons; and it appearing that a need exists to fill the vacancy in the office of Assistant County Attorney which will exist after December 31, 1980; and it appearing that the said H. Ritman Jons, County Attorney, has recommended the appointment of Gary E. Kersey to the office of Assistant County Attorney, effective January 1, 1981; and it further appearing that the said Gary E.
