Real, 7-10-41 68/219 husband and wife ~i WHEREAS, in the reconstruction of State Highway 16 certain portions of old State Highway'. 16 are no longer needed for the use of citizens as a road; and WHEREAS, in negotiating the acquisition of the new right of way for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, the County of Kerr dial offer the respective landowners as part considera=' tion for said required new right of way the return of certain portions of old right of way ! when declared surplus and abandoned; IT IS, THEREFORE, REQUESTED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, at its I regular meeting that the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission pass an appropriate Minute Order declaring those certain portions, being five in number and more particularly ~' described by metes and bounds in Exhibits "A" through "E" attached hereto, to be surplus right of way, and in addition requesting the Governor of the State of Texas to execute quit- claim deeds quitclaiming all rig'nt, title and interest in and to said five surplus tracts of land to the respective abutting landowners as follows: ~ Tract Exhibit Acreage Abutting Landowners/Grantees i~ 1 i.
