Garza, as Deputy County Clerk, at a salary of $7680.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being January 12th, 1981,', and that her salary be paid out of Officers Salary Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14269 ORDER AMEYdDING ORDER N0. 13924 FIXING COMPENSATION FOR DISPATCHERS EMPLOYED AT KERR COUNTY JAIL On this the 12th day of January, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 13924 entered January 23, 1980 fixing the rate of compensa- tion for jailer-dispatchers employed at the Kerr County Jail; and it appearing that such amendment is necessitated by the intent of the Court to increase the rate of compensation for i Kerr County employees effective January 1, 1981, and consistent with the request of Sheriff Paul Fields, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that effective January 1, 1981 compensation for the Chief Dispatcher at the Kerr County Jail, when one is so designated by the Sheriff, shall be _ fixed at the rate of $740.00 per month; and that the rate of compensation for beginning dis- patchers be fixed at $690.00 per month and, upon attainment of 90 days experience or sooner at the discretion of the Sheriff, the rate of compensation shall become $715.00 per month, pending further orders of the Court; and that payments shall be made monthly upon certification by the 12 Sheriff to the County Treasurer and the County Auditor of the names of the persons employed, and that said monthly payments be made from the Jail Operating Fund as heretofore. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14270 SALARIES OF ELECTED COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS AND ALLOWANCES ADOPTED FOR THE YEAR 1981 On this the 12th day of January 1981, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of setting salaries and allowances for the year 1981, of elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly set by the Court according to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that the annual salaries and allowances be approved, as per schedule on file, effective as of January 1st, 1981. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED JANUARY 12th, 1981 at 2:10 o'clock P.
