of setting salaries and allowances for the year 1981, of elected County and Precinct Officials)
of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly set by

N0. 14271 ORDER CONCURRING WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR AWARDING OF BID OF CYNRO
INCORPORATED, FOR ATZBULANCE SERVICE
On this the 30th day of January 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
the matter of bids submitted to the City of Kerrville, for the rendition of ambulance service
for the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, Texas.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court un-
animously approved that Kerr County concur with the City of Kerrville for awarding of the
Bid of Cynro Incorporated, low bidder, for emergency medical services, for a three year perio<
commencing March 2nd, 1981.

WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County by authority of Section 26.032 of
the Texas Water Code has properly passed an order to regulate private sewage facilities
in Kerr County; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 26.032 (c) of the the Texas Water ~
Code, the Commissioners Court has submitted the order to the Texas Water Commission for its
review and written approval;
