Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: The receiving of County Depository Bids for the Depository of the County Funds, County & District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of Kerr County, was declared closed at this time. Three bids were received and opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, as follows: First National Bank of Kerrville Chas. Schreiner Bank an d Bank of Kerrville and the following order was passed: N0. 14272 ORDER TO REFER ALL COUNTY DEPOSITORY BIDS TO KERB COUNTY AUDITOR, DON WILLIAMSON, FOR STUDY AND RECOP4MENDATION, PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACTS On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all County Depository Bids, for Contracts to be let by the County, be referred to County Auditor, Don Williamson, for study and recommendation, prior to awarding of contracts. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14273 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 9th day of February 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge ~kl, ~p2, ~p3, ~k4, General Road & Bridge, F. M. & Lateral Road, General, Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Tax Appraisal Office Fund, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing Trust, Flood Control Maintenance and Jail Operating Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
