It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14277 APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL FOR APPOINTMENT OF A COTa1ITTEE REGARDING BETTER CONTROL OF STRAY OR UNWANTED ANIMALS On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved appointment of a Committee, comprised of Commissioners Guthrie and Holland, to investigate and report on the feasibility of the County accepting responsibility for the charges now assessed residents of the unincorporated portions of the County for delivering stray or unwanted animals to the City Animal Shelter. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14278 ORDER CREATING KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY AMBULANCE AND FIRE COMMITTEE On this the 9th day of February, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of joining with the City of Kerrville in the creation of a permanent Kerrville- Kerr County Ambulance and Fire Committee to serve as a general operational oversight body in .v~r those two functions where, by contractual agreements, the City and County have heretofore , established mutual responsibilities and obligations; and it appearing to the Court that ,_ such a Committee would serve to improve administration procedures and functions incident to the said contractual agreements, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County join with the City of Kerrville in the immediate creation and establishment of the Kerrville-Kerr County Ambulance and Fire Committee, which Committee shall be composed of the following: A. Two members of the County Commissioners' Court; B. Two members of the Kerrville City Council; C. Ex-Officio members being the City Manager and the County and City Health Officers D.
