On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

Five West Gate Place Section Three (3.3 acres out of Survey No. 122, P. R. Oliver, Abstract
No. 265), in Kerr County Precinct No. One.

On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF JAPONICA ESTATES, as
submitted, without dedication of any roadways and that Kerr County does not assume responsi-
bility of the roadways. (Said subdivision is located in Kerr County Precinct No. Four).
