On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14281 TRANSFER OF $30,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $30,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

submitted, without dedication of any roadways and that Kerr County does not assume responsi- j
bility of the roadways. (Said subdivision is located in Kerr County Precinct No. Four).

N0. 14285 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31st, 1980
On this the 9th day of February 1981, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning September 1, 1980 and ending December 31st, 1980, ',
and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.

It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

COUNTY OF KERR ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
TO THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
COMES NOW, the undersigned, who is the owner of all of the lands hereinafter described,
which lands located in Kerr County, Texas, have been subdivided, and pursuant to Article
7227, V.T.C.S., makes this her application to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas,
for permission to cancel all of the said subdivision, so as to throw said lands back into
acreage tracts as they existed prior to the making of said subdivision, and for such applica
tion would respectfully show unto the Court the following:

That the undersigned is the owner of all the lands located, lying and being situated
within Town Creek Ranch Subdivision.
II.
Town Creek Ranch Suvdivision, is located and situated in Kerr County, Texas.
III.
Town Creek Ranch and the lands located and subdivided within said subdivision are more
fully shown by the platted subdivision thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 241, Plat Records
of Kerr County, Texas, to which plat and its record reference is here made for all purposes
IV.
The subdivision of such lands was filed for record in the office of the County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas, on the 9th day of September, 1980.
