M., February 9th, 1981 to hold a public hearing in regard to an Application to Cancel "Town Creek Ranch Subdivision. No one appeared and the hearing was declared closed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o APPLICATION TO CANCEL SUBDIVISION PLAT THE STATE OF TEXAS j( COUNTY OF KERR ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: TO THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS: COMES NOW, the undersigned, who is the owner of all of the lands hereinafter described, which lands located in Kerr County, Texas, have been subdivided, and pursuant to Article 7227, V.T.C.S., makes this her application to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, for permission to cancel all of the said subdivision, so as to throw said lands back into acreage tracts as they existed prior to the making of said subdivision, and for such applic tion would respectfully show unto the Court the following: I. That the undersigned is the owner of all the lands located, lying and being situated within Town Creek Ranch Subdivision. II. Town Creek Ranch Suvdivision, is located and situated in Kerr County, Texas. III. Town Creek Ranch and the lands located and subdivided within said subdivision are more fully shown by the platted subdivision thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 241, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, to which plat and its record reference is here made for all purposes. IV. The subdivision of such lands was filed for record in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, on the 9th day of September, 1980. V. BONNIE GENE OLAFSON, is the Owner of all the land lying and situated in said subdivisi as more fully shown in one certain Deed dated November 11, 1980, from G. David Shaw, Truste to Bonnie Gene Olafson, recorded in Vol. 242, Page 203, and one certain Deed dated November 11, 1980, from Kerr County Land & Cattle Company to Bonnie Gene Olafson, recorded in Volume 242, Page 210, both of said Deeds duly recorded in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas to which instruments and their record reference is here made for all purposes.
