here made for all purposes.
The Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, finds that BONNIE GENE OLAFSON is the
Owner of all the lands situated within said subdivision, and that she has requested that all
of the said "Town Creek Ranch" subdivision be cancelled so as to throw said lands back into
acreage tracts as they existed before said subdivision was made, pursuant to Article 7227,
V.T.C.S..
Further, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, finds that proper notice of
such application was given by causing the same to be published in a newspaper, published in
the English language, in Kerr County, Texas, for at least three (3) weeks prior to the action
on said application to cancel subdivision; that said notice did set a specific time, date
and place to hold a hearing on said application; that the said hearing of this action of the
Commissioners Court did occur at a regular term of said Court; further, that said notice did
command that any person interested in such lands appear at the time specified in said notice
to protest, if desired, against such action and that all prerequisites required by law to
cancel said subdivision have in all things been performed, occurred, accomplished and compliedi
with.
The said Commissioners Court finds that neither said "Town Creek Ranch" nor any of the
lands located within said subdivision are located in any incorporated city or town.
The Commissioners Court further finds that the Owner, by and through her attorney, appear-
ed and requested the approval of said APPLICATION TO CANCEL SUBDIVISION PLAT; that no person
appeared to protest against said application and that the said Commissioners Court should
enter an Order cancelling said subdivision, and spread upon the Minutes of this Court its
Order authorizing said Owner of said subdivision to cancel the same by written instrument,
describing the said subdivision as a whole.
It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County,
Texas that BONNIE GENE OLAFSON, being the Owner of all the lands located, lying, and being
situated within the subdivision known as "Town Creek Ranch", the same located and being
situated in Kerr County, Texas, as more fully shown by the platted subdivision thereof,
recorded in Volume 4, Page 241 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, to which Plat and
its record reference is here made for all purposes, be, and she is hereby, authorized to
wholly cancel said subdivision pursuant to Article 7227, V.T.C.S., by written instrument i
describing said subdivision as a whole.

On this the 9th day of February 1981, came on to be considered by the Court, the bid
of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson, offering its

Public School Funds, for the ensuing two years, and without service charge to Kerr County,
Texas.
It appearing to the Court that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK offers the most favorable

terms and conditions and that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository and has
complied with the conditions of notice duly published as required by law.
Upon motion of Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court un-
animously approved that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK is ordered accepted and said Bank is
hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and
County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years, with Bid Option Number Two, on
Certificates of Deposits of $100,000.00 or more.
Said Bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient
securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in
the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository

N0. 14289 APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN TRAVEL MILEAGE FOR IN COUNTY AND OUT OF COUNTY, EFFECTIVE
FEBRUARY 1, 1981
On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an increase in travel mileage for in
County and out of County, from 15G per mile to 20G per mile, for officials and employees of
Kerr County, who are entitled to compensation for travel on a per mileage basis, effective
February 1st, 1981.

N0. 14290 MONTHLY TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT TO BE INCREASED,
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1ST, 1981
On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the travel allowance for the
members of the Commissioners' Court, be increased to $4500.00 per annum, effective February
1st, 1981, to offset expenses in daily travel.

by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one 1981 Four Door Sedan for use by the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department, with trade-in of one 1978 Ford LTD four door sedan, Serial No. 8J63C1574i
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., March 9th, 1981, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
