i Upon motion of Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court un-
animously approved that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK is ordered accepted and said Bank is
hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and
County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years, with Bid Option Number Two, on
Certificates of Deposits of $100,000.00 or more.
Said Bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient
securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in
the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository
Contracts to this Court for approval at its next Regular Term.

N0. 14289 APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN TRAVEL MILEAGE FOR IN COUNTY AND OUT OF COUNTY, EFFECTIVE
FEBRUARY 1, 1981
On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an increase in travel mileage for in
County and out of County, from 15C per mile to 20G per mile, for officials and employees of
Kerr County, who are entitled to compensation for travel on a per mileage basis, effective
February 1st, 1981.

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1ST, 1981
On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the travel allowance for the
members of the Commissioners' Court, be increased to $4500.00 per annum, effective February
1st, 1981, to offset expenses in daily travel.

N0. 14291 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR ONE 1981 FOUR DOOR SEDAN FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one 1981 Four Door Sedan for use by the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department, with trade-in of one 1978 Ford LTD four door sedan, Serial No. 8J63C1574i
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., March 9th, 1981, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

On this the 9th day of February 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the application of Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, for the appointment of Joanne Smith, a former employee in the Kerr
County Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, at a salary of
$3040.00 per annum, payable out of Officers Salary Fund, effective the date of her qualifica-

tion, the same being February 10th, 1981.
