Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 14295 ORDER AUTHORIZING SHERIFF TO NEGOTIATE TO PURCHASE ONE NEW OR USED FOUR DOOR SEDAN FOR USE BY THE KERB COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTTIENT On this the 9th day of March 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Sheriff, Paul Fields, be authorized to negotiate to purchase one new or used four door sedan, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, due to the fact that no bids were received by the Court, and subject to final approval by the County Auditor, Don Williamson and the Commissioners' Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14296 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 9th day of March 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge ~~1, ~p2, ~k3, ~k4, General Road & Bridge, Officers Salary, General, County Law Library, Jury, Jail Operating, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing Trust, Kerr County Public Library, and Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
