N0. 14307 APPORTIONMENT OF $22,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND

On this the 9th day of March 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows

Salary Fund.

N0. 14309 TRANSFER OF $7,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County

Operating Fund.

N0. 14310 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY DEPOSITORY TO D4AKE SUBSTITUTION OF SECURITIES PLEDGED TO
SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO RELEASE
PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED SECURITIES ',
On this the 9 day of March, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
request of Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a substitution
of securities pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into between

the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 415 of the Bond Record of '
Kerr County, Texas, on 3/19/79; I
And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell certain securities',
and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable
securities;
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and

unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank
be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to sell the previously
i~' pledged securities, as follows:

$1,000,000.00 First Federal Mortgage, expiring 3/10/81.
I and to substitute therefor the following:

$1,000,000.00 Federal Farm CDT Bk Bd, 13.750% expiring 5/4/81.
It is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian

of the aforesaid previously pledged securities, be and is hereby authorized to release same
to the said Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt of the substitute securities described above, ~
and to hold the same as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the ~'

existing depository pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court
provide certified copies of this Order to each Bank concerned.
