N0. 14311 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 13630 AUTHORIZING COUNTY SHERIFF TO CHARGE AND COLLECT
FEES FOR PICKING UP ESTRAYS
On this the 9th day of March 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved and it is ordered that Order No.
13630, entered on March 12th, 1979, be amended, so as to provide that the Sheriff be authoriz-
ed to contract the services of private individuals to pick up unclaimed livestock and trans-
port it to a proper place of impoundment incident to estray proceedings at a cost not to
exceed $25.00 per animal.

N0. 14312 ADJUSTMENT OF TRAVEL ALLOWAIQCES FOR VARIOUS OFFICIALS & EMPLOYEES
On this the 9th day of March 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved travel allowances fixed as follows,
effective March 1, 1981, for the following officials and employees:
County Clerk $1500.00
District Clerk 800.00
Tax Collector 2000.00
County Nurse 2400.00
County Treasurer 600.00
Action on travel increases for County Agents deferred.

N0. 14314 ACCEPTANCE OF ONE 1978 MERCURY FOUR DOOR SEDAN FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO BREWTON'S AUTO MART
On this the 16th day of March 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of one 1978 Mercury Four Door
Sedan, Serial No. 8Z64A584292, from Brewton's Auto Mart, in the net amount of $4,000.00.
(Said purchase was previously authorized by Commissioners' Court Order No. 14295, dated March
9th, 1981).
It is ordered by the Court, that upon delivery of title papers and final approval by the
Sheriff and County Auditor, that the Treasurer and Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on
the General Fund payable to Brewton's Auto Mart in the amount of $4,000.00.
