Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 14314 ACCEPTANCE OF ONE 1978 MERCURY FOUR DOOR SEDAN FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO BREWTON'S AUTO MART On this the 16th day of March 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of one 1978 Mercury Four Door Sedan, Serial No. 8Z64A584292, from Brewton's Auto Mart, in the net amount of $4,000.00. (Said purchase was previously authorized by Commissioners' Court Order No. 14295, dated March 9th, 1981).
