and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14315 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS' AWARD AND COURT COSTS IN LOOP
534 RIGHT OF WAY CONDEMANTION PROCEEDINGS

On this the 3rd day of Apri1,1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
i
matter of payment of the Special Commissioners' award in Cause No. 80-254-B in the 198th '
i
District Court of Kerr County, wherein the State of Texas and Kerr County are the plaintiffs '
I
i
in condemnation proceedings instituted to acquire title to a parcel of right of way for Loop
534 from Ima Sue Hollimon Bauer; and it appearing to the Court that the award of the Special
Commissioners in the amount of $42.23, made on the 25th day of March, 1981, should be paid
into the registry of the District Court, and that additionally, accrued court costs, includin~

the fees of the three Special Commissioners, in the amount of $256.00 should be paid to the
Clerk of the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissionex",
Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that a voucher in the amount of $298.23 payable'":

to the Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County be drawn on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund
in payment of the said award and court costs.
