Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: A-motion was made by Commissioner Holland in regard to payment of two statements to Holt Machinery Company, one in the amount of $12049.17 and the other in the amount of $2218.48 for parts and labor on a loader for Precinct No. One, requesting payment to be made out of General Road and Bridge Fund instead of Road & Bridge No. One Fund. The motion failed for lack of a second. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14316 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 13th day of April 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 Funds, Road & Bridge, General, Officers Salary, Jury, Jail Operating, County Law Library, Loop 534 Right-of-Way, Revenue Sharing Trust, Tax Appraisal Office, Flood Control P4aintenance and 216th District Probation Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
