animously approved by the Court that the request is hereby granted for the release of said
securities.

It is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian
of the aforesaid previously pledged securities, be and is hereby authorized to release same
to the said Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt of a certified copy of this order; and it is
further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide certified copies of this Order to each
bank concerned.

On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF FOREST WEST FOUR -
PHASE II, a subdivision comprising 4.02 acres of land out of Florentine Lara Survey No. 123,
Abstract No. 225, in the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 14326 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LAS QUINTAS SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LAS QUINTAS SUB-
DIVISION of Kerr County, known as Lot No. 58 of the Jack A. Hall Subdivision, provided in so i
doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until residential development
shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed and paved according to specifiJ~
cations of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $22,000.00 from the General Road & Bridge
Fund and $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to the four Road & Bridge Precincts,
as follows:
Road & Bridge No. 1 -- $6,000.00 from Road & Bridge Fund
Road & Bridge No. 2 -- $5,000.00 "

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $40,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14329 TRANSFER OF $8,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.
