On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur
er be authorized to transfer the sum of $3,452.34 from the General Road and Bridge Fund to
Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4 Fund (Insurance received on R & B Prec. No. 4 Truck).

On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, Texas, from pages 24 thru 29, Volume P.

N0. 14332 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 13th day of April 1981, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common
School District No. 12, held on April 4th, 1981.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6, page 106, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court and upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner
Holland, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

N0. 14333 ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER PROPOSAL FROM CITY OF KERRVILLE REGARDING CONTROL OF STRAY
OR UNWANTED ANIMALS
On this the 13th day of April 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County pay to the City of ',

Kerrville a monthly fee of $120.00, for acceptance of stray or unwanted animals, from County ',
residents who reside outside Kerrville City Limits, effective May 1st, 1981.
It is understood that either party may terminate this informal arrangement at any time.
