N0. 14334 ADOPTION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BUDGET OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR THE YEAR
1981 FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCLUDING GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
On this the 14th day of April 1981, came on to be considered by the Court,the public
hearing in the matter of the Adoption of Proposed Amendments to the Budget of Kerr County,
Texas, for the year 1981, for the purpose of including General Revenue Sharing Funds.
It appearing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the Official News-
paper of Kerr County, in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for one week prior to the hearing date

~~ hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public intere
~i of the community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed Amendments to the Budget shoul~
I~ be approved.

!' Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
'~~ Court unanimously approved Adoption of the Amendments to the Budget for the year 1981.
