day of May 1981 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 11th day of i~iay 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General, Officers
Salary, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Jury, 216th District Probation, Jail
Operating, Tax Appraisal Office and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursement:
Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.

On this the 11th day of I•iay, 1981, came on to be heard by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, sitting at its regular May, 1981 term and at its first regular meeting occurring
more than 5 days subsequent to the 22nd day of April, 1981, the matter of approval and/or
disapproval of the provisions of Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation for
1981-82 as adopted by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the State of Texas on April 22,
1981, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered that those portions of said
