WHEREAS, two parcels of land were acquired by the County of Kerr in the name of and
subsequently used by the State of Texas in connection with State Highway 27, said tracts being

WHEREAS, certain portions of the aforesaid tracts are no longer needed for the use of
citizens for highway purposes;
IT IS, THEREFORE, REQUESTED by the Commissioners' Court oŁ Kerr County, Texas, at its
regular meeting that the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission pass an appropriate
Minute Order declaring these certain portions, being more particularly described by metes and
bounds in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto, to be surplus right of way and in addition
requesting the Governor of the State of Texas to execute quitclaim deeds quitclaiming all righ
title, and interest in and to said surplus tracts of land to the original grantors, their
heirs or assigns as follows:

N0. 14339 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE NEW TRACTOR FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER
OF KERB COUNTY PREC. N0. 3
On this the 11th day of May 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one new Tractor for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Three.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., June 8th, 1981, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, May 13th and 20
