County Health Nurse, be accepted with regret, effective May 15th, 1981 and that she be gran

N0. 14341 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF HILL COUNTRY BRANGUS BREEDERS ASSOCIATION FOR USE OF
AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING JUNE 10th thru JUNE 14th, 1981
On this the 11th day of May 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of Hill Country Brangus
Breeders Association for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, June 10th thru June
14th, 1981, for their International Brangus Futurity and the Jr. International Brangus
Futurity Shows and related activity, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus a fee of $300.00
for final cleanup after usage.
(Cost would be $500.00 for the five days, plus $300.00 for cleanup, making a total of
$800.00).

Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
