QI~ N0. 14346 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED On this the 11th day of May 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the i4inutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 30 thru 35, Volume P. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14347 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING MARCH 31, 1982 On this the 11th day of May 1981, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning January 1st, 1981 and ending March 31st, 1981, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is hereby approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously ed by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14348 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF RIVER BEND ESTATES On this the 11th day of May 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Final Plat of River Bend Estates (being 40.15 acres out of Original Survey No. 63, William T. Crook, Abstract No. 116), locat- ed in Kerr County Precinct No. 2. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14349 ORDER APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE KERR COUNTY LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION BUILDING BY THE HILL COUNTRY DISTRICT JUIQIOR LIVESTOCK ASSOCIATION, INC. On this the 11th day of I1ay, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the '~ proposal of the Hill Country District Junior Livestock Association, Inc., (also sometimes i known as The Kerr County Livestock Show Association) hereinafter referred to as "Association', to construct a new building 157 feet by 300 feet at a site approximately 30 feet east of and parallel to the existing Kerr County Livestock Exhibition Building, which construction is proposed to be done according to plans and specifications filed by the Association with the Court this date; and after due consideration by the Court of the proposal as submitted pursuant to permission granted the Association by Commissioners' Court Order No. 13944 f Februar 1980 as is of record in Vol. 0, Page 544 of the minutes' entered on the 11th day o y> of the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Association is granted permission to and is authorized to proceed with the construction of the aforesaid building as per plans and specifications filed this date, which plans and specifications are hereby - approved by Kerr County this date, provided however the construction be undertaken subject ' to the following terms and conditions, including but not limited to those set forth in Commissioners' Court Order No. 13944: r ~~ ±~ -- ,; ~ !i I 1. All financing agreements and all contracts and sub-contracts entered into between ~ ~ the Association and third parties shall be entered into subject to a written agreement by ! those persons, firms or other entities dealing with the Association that all financial or i~ other legal obligations arising out of the construction of the building shall be the sole obligation of the Association and that no lien of any nature shall vest against the building,',! is the land on which the building is constructed or against Kerr County for the purpose of satisfying any obligations incurred by the Association. ~~ i~ 2. All improvements made shall become the property of Kerr County without payment or i~ I j reimbursement in any form to the Association unless otherwise specified in this Order. li ~! 3. The authorization herein granted shall not be construed so as to create any form of '! ~: obligation on the part of Kerr County to participate in the cost of any improvements con- ' li ~~ structed by the Association.
