N0. 14352 TRANSFER OF $3,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JURY FUND
On this the 15th day of May 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $3,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jury
Fund,temporarily, and upon maturity of Certificate of Deposit, that the sum of $3000.00 be
transferred back to the General Fund.

N0. 14353 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF QUAIL VALLEY
On this the 15th day of P4ay 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of QUAIL VALLEY, provided in
so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until_residential develop-

The roads as shown on the Plat are designated as private roads and the Developer has

AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING GROUNDS TO BE USED FOR LITTLE LEAGUE
BASEBALL FIELD BY KERRVILLE LITTLE LEAGUE, INC.
On this the 15th day of May, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of amending Order No. 13,474, entered on the 9th. day o~ October, 1978 and recorded

in Vol. 0, Page 384 of the Minutes of the Court whereby the Kerrville Little League, Inc. i
was granted authority to use a portion of the agriculture exhibition grounds for a Little I,
League Baseball Field; and it appearing to the Court that certain required changes in the
construction plans for the proposed Little League Baseball Field would necessitate an adjust-
ment in the boundaries of the area originally defined and designated in said Order No. 13,474 ,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and un-
animously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Order No. 13,474 be amended to as to

redefine the area which the Kerrville Little League, Inc. is authorized to use for the Little
League Baseball Field, as follows: j

Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron stake lying to the east of the Agricultural Building in the',
