COUNTY OF KERB ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 8th day
of June 1981 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR. Commissioner Precinct No. 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The taking and receiving of bids for one new tractor for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Three was declared closed at this time and the following proceedings
were had:

3 REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for one new tractor for

use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 3, be referred to the County Auditor for ~~
study and recommendation.

N0. 14357 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of June 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General Road
& Bridge, General, Officers Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, County Law Library, Tax Appraisal
Office and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County
Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

[d0. 14358 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 8th day of June 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
