Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: The taking and receiving of bids for one new tractor for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Three was declared closed at this time and the following proceedings were had: N0. 14356 BIDS FOR ONE NEW TRACTOR FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 3 REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for one new tractor for i use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 3, be referred to the County Auditor for ~~ study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14357 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 8th day of June 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General Road & Bridge, General, Officers Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, County Law Library, Tax Appraisal Office and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
