tial development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed and paved
according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for appointment of ANNE GRAHAM, as Deputy Tax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $7680.00 per annum, effective the
date of her qualification, the same being June 8th, 1981, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14365 ORDER ABOLISHING POSITION OF COUNTY HEALTH NURSE PURSUANT TO RECOMMENDATION OF
COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
On this the 8th day of June, 1981 came on to be considered and heard by the Court the
matter of abolishing the presently vacant position of County Health Nurse; and it appearing
to the Court that County Health Officer, Theodore R. Boyce, M. D. has recommended abolition
of the position due to the fact that services historically provided to the general public

by the County Health Nurse are now provided by State and Federal sources and agencies; and

it further appearing to the Court that there exists no statutory requirement under the laws

of the State of Texas for the existence of the position, it is ordered on motion by Commis-

sinner Holland seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that the '~

position of County Health Nurse be declared to be abolished for all purposes effective this
date.

June 16th, 1981, and that his salary be fixed at $12,600.00 per annum, effective that date.

reconveyance of an used portion of State Highway 27 right of way to the original grantors;
