REQUESTING THE STATE HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO DECLARE A CERTAIN UNUSED
PORTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 27 RIGHT OF WAY SURPLUS AND TO QUITCLAIM SAID PROPERTY TO THE ORIGINAI
GRANTOR
WHEREAS, by Deed dated August 4, 1947, recorded in Volume 82, Page 444, of the Deed i
Records of Kerr County, Josephine Reid Nutter and C. N. Nutter conveyed by donation to the
State of Texas a tract of land containing 3.36 acres; and
WHEREAS, it is now apparent that a portion of this land is no longer needed for use of
the citizens for highway purposes;
IT IS, THEREFORE, REQUESTED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, at its
regular meeting that the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission pass an appropriat
Minute Order declaring this 0.297 of an acre, being more particularly described by metes and
bounds in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to be surplus right of way and in addition requesting
that the Governor of the State of Texas execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming all right, title
and interest in and to said surplus tract to the original grantors, their heirs or assigns
without charge for the land or service fee.
