THREE On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of KCR EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC., for one new Tractor, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Three, as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office, be accepted as the lowest and best bid, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson.
