N0. 14371 APPORTIONMENT OF $22,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows
Road	&	Bridge	Precinct	No.	1 ---	$6,000.00
Road	&	Bridge	Precinct	No.	2 ---	$5 000.00
Road	&	Bridge	Precinct	No.	3 ---	$5,000.00
Road	&	Bridge	Precinct	No.	4 ---	$6,000.00

N0. 14372 TRANSFER OF $25,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treas
er be authorized to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

N0. 14373 TRANSFER OF $8,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 46 thru 43, Volume P.

N0. 14375 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF KCR EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC, FOR ONE NEW TRACTOR FOR USE
BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. THREE
On this the 8th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of KCR EQUIPMENT RENTALS,
INC., for one new Tractor, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Three,
as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office, be accepted as the lowest and
best bid, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson. Said bid is in the net amount
of $9,500.00.

On this the 9th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 14362, dated June 8th,
1981 - Re: Plat of Second Creek Estates, be rescinded in its entirety, due to lack of final
approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kerrville.
