ONE On this the 17th day of June 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Gold Paving & Aggregate, Inc., Option ~k2, for seal coating of approximately 2.3 miles on Southway and Ranchero Roads in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One. The contract also includes a double course of approximately 100 yards on Ranchero Road and 50 yards on Southway Road. M. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o STATE OF TEXAS ~ COUNTY OF KERR X ORDER DELCARING RESULTS OF AN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF INGRAM, JUNE 6, 1981 WHEREAS, an election was duly held in the town of Ingram, on the 6th day of June, 1981, to determine whether the hereinafter described territory should be incorporated for municipal ;purposes to be known as the City of Ingram, and returns of said election duly made and it ~~ ' ~~ appearing from said returns that a majority of the votes were cast at said election in favor I of incorporation, there being 294 votes for incorporation, and 21 votes for no incorporation. ~~ IT IS THEREFORE, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said election resulted in favor of such in- ('corporation; and I, JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER, County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, do hereby declare the inhabitants of said territory hereinafter described as duly incorporated for municipal I~,!purposes to be known as the City of Ingram. '~~ The territory so incorporated is described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a i part hereof for all purposes. An actual survey of the boundaries of the City of Ingram shall be made according to the boundaires designated on Exhibit "A" and recorded pursuant to Article ',971 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas by act of the officials of the City of Ingram following their election.
