5~ N0. 14393 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 13th day of July 1981, came on to be considered by the Court the semi- annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from January 1st, 1981 and ending June 30th, 1981 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $16,103.43. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14394 APPROVAL OF SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY AS PER PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITY CONTRACT On this the 13th day of July 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the semi-annual payment to Upper Guadalupe River Authority, in the amount of $33,461.00, as per Contract for private sewage facilities. It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14395 APPROVAL OF THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERB COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT On this the 13th day of July 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, in the amount of $23,891.08, for the third quarterly payment of the 1981 amended budget of the Kerr County Appraisal District. It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr County Appraisal District in the above amount. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14396 ORDER DEFERRING APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES PENDING REALIGNMENT OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCTS AND COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS ON THE BASIS OF 1980 CENSUS DATA On this the 13th day of July, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of the appointment of presiding judges and alternate presiding judges of the various election precincts of Kerr County pursuant to the provisions of Article 3.01 of the Texas Election Code, which appointments are for the purpose of designating election officials' whose duty it is to conduct elections held at county expense; and it appearing to the Court that in order to implement a realignment of Kerr County election precincts on the basis of ~ 1980 census data, it will be necessary to make substantial changes in the boundaries of certain Kerr County election precincts, which pending changes presently create uncertainties ~ as to the precincts of residences of certain prospective appointees, it is ordered on motion ~' by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the jl Court that the appointment of election judges and alternates pursuant to the provisions of 1!. Article 3.01 of the Texas Election Code be deferred until subsequent to the final realignment~~' of County Election precincts on the basis of 1980 census data after the approval of the Attorney General of the United States of the proposed precinct boundaries; and it is further ordered that all presiding judges and alternate presiding judges heretofore appointed by the d~ ~~
