N0. 14407 ORDER CANCELLING TREASURY VOUCHER N0. 6358 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR ISSUANCE OF
OF REPLACEMENT VOUCHER
On this the 24th day of July, 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Treasury Voucher No. 6358 issued
to Holt Machinery Co., in the amount of $242.33 for parts, dated March 9th, 1981, paid out
of Road & Bridge No. 3 Fund, be cancelled.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to issue a replacement voucher in the above amount, payable to Holt Machinery Co, out of
Road & Bridge No. 3 Fund.

COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION JULY 27th, 1981 at 4:00 o'clock P. M., with the

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14408 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF COX PAVING COMPANY OF BLANCO, TEXAS, FOR PAVING VARIOUS
ROADS IN COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT N0. 3
On this the 27th day of July 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously accepted the bid of Cox Paving Company of Blanco
Texas, for paving various roads in Hill Country Ranch Estates, Westwood Park Area and the end
of the Altenheim Road, in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 3. Bid price for applying
asphalt - $1.00 per gallon and price for spreading rock - $12.00 per cubic yard. All topping
rock to be furnished by Kerr County Precinct No. 3.
