COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 10th day
of August 1981, at 10:00 A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of Commis-
sinners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14409 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of August 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various

claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,
Jail Operating, Jury, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing Trust, County Law Library,
F. M. & Lateral Road and Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal
in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously app
ed by the Court.

N0. 14410 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 10th day of August 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard
and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 14411 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF INTERNATIONAL BRANGUS BREEDERS ASSOCIATION FOR USE OF THE
AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING, JUNE 9th thru 13th, 1982
On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of the International
Brangus Breeders Association, for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, June 9th thru
13th, 1982, and that charges for the use of the building to be subsequently determined.

On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Maintenance Contract between the
