(Contract filed but not recorded) o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14413 ORDER CONCURRING WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE IN REQUEST FOR THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION TO ASSUME TITLE TO AND MAINTENANCE FOR INSTRUMENT LANDING SYSTEM AT CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT On this the 10th day of August, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of concurring with the City of Kerrville in a joint request for the Federal Aviat Administration to assume the title to and the maintenance for the instrument landing facili- ties at the City-County airport, which facilities comprise the present localizer, compass locator and outer marker at the airport; and it appearing to the Court that this proposal and request as originally set forth by letter dated July 28, 1981 and addressed to Regional Director of the Federal Aviation Administration at Fort Worth, Texas by City Manager J. Louis ;~ I Odle would be in the public interest, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County does hereby join with the City of Kerrville in confirming the aforesaid prior letter request to have the Federal Aviation Administration assume title and maintenance of the aforesaid airport facility. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14414 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION TO FAA AND TEXAS AREONAUTICS COPa4ISSI0N FOR FUNDING GRANTS FOR LAND ACQUISITION FOR RUNWAY EXTENSION AND RELOCATION OF ENTRANCE ROAD AT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County concur with the City of Kerrville in making application to the FAA and Texas Areonautics Commission for fund- '~ ing grants for land acquisition for runway extension and relocation of entrance road at the Louis Schreiner Field in the amount of $539,100.00, with FAA Funds being $431,280 and Texas J Areonautics Commission being $53,910.00. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o LINO. 14415 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TRACTOR-LOADER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERB COUNTY PREC. 2 On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be I authorized to advertise for bids for one new Tractor-Loader for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two.
