On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and the County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road
Fund to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:

N0. 14425 TRANSFER OF $35,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $35,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14426 TRANSFER OF $9,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $9,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14428 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING JUNE 30th, 1981
On this the 10th day of August 1981, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas,
for the period beginning April 1st, 1981 and ending June 30th, 1981, and the same having been
examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.

Secretary be fixed at $9,600.00 per annum, effective as of August 1st, 1981, and that the
salary be payable to the person designated by the County Attorney as his secretary.

for one new Tractor-Loader, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two, as
per specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office, be accepted as the lowest and best

bid, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson.
Said bid is in the net amount of $9,800.00, which includes a trade-in of one 1966 Ford i
Tractor Loader, Model 44024E-C5-E2-M2-T14, Serial No. C113036.
