On this the 14th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to Cox Paving Company in the
amount of $27,840.50, for paving roads in Hill Country Ranch Estates, Westwood Park Area and
the end of the Altenheim Road in Kerr County Precinct No. 3.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher''

On this the 26th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
'by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPA
for one new Tractor-Loader, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two, as
Iper specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office, be accepted as the lowest and best
bid, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson.
Said bid is in the net amount of $9,800.00, which includes a trade-in of one 1966 Ford
Tractor Loader, Model 44024E-C5-E2-M2-T14, Serial No. C113036.
(Bid Price $12,240.00 less $2,440.00 trade-in of one 1966 Ford Tractor-Loader, Model
44024E-C5-E2-M2-T14, Serial No. C113036).
