amount of $27,840.50, for paving roads in Hill Country Ranch Estates, Westwood Park Area and
the end of the Altenheim Road in Kerr County Precinct No. 3.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the Road & Bridge ~k3 Fund in the above amount, payable to Cox Paving Company.

On this the 26th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY,
for one new Tractor-Loader, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two, as
per specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office, be accepted as the lowest and best
bid, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson.
Said bid is in the net amount of $9,800.00, which includes a trade-in of one 1966 Ford
Tractor Loader, Model 44024E-CS-E2-M2-T14, Serial No. C113036.

N0. 14433 ORDER AUTHORIZING JOINDER WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE IN SUIT TO RECOVER DAMAGES
TO AIRPORT FENCE
ON this the 26th day of August, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of authorizing legal counsel to file suit on behalf of Kerr County and the City
of Kerrville to recover damages to the City-County Airport fence resulting from a traffic
violation; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County should join with the City of
Kerrville in authorizing such suit, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County authorize the
City Attorney Thomas S. Terrell to file suit on behalf of Kerr County and the City of
Kerrville in the County Court of Kerr County against Kathleen A. Henke to seek recovery for
damages allegedly caused by her at the City-County Airport fence.

tion of DEDICATION OF ROADS IN RIVERHILL TOWNHOUSE TRACTS N0. SEVEN. ~,
DEDICATION
THIS DEDICATION entered into on this the 17th day of August, 1981, by RIVERHILL CLUB &
ESTATES, LTD., a Texas limited partnership acting by and through its duly authorized general
partner, Silco, Inc., ("Riverhill");
W I T N E S S E T H:
Riverhill is the owner of that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Kerr County,
Texas which is more particularly described as Townhouse Tracts No. Seven, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 261 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas,
which includes the roads shown thereon and described therein, (the "Roads").
It is the desire of Riverhill to hereby dedicate the Roads to the public use as herein-
after set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Riverhill hereby dedicates the Roads to the public use, forever, for
road, street and right-of-way purposes.
To the extent any portion of the Roads have heretofore been dedicated this Dedication shall
be a reaffirmation and ratification of the same.
This Dedication is being accepted and approved by the County of Kerr, Texas, subject
to the following understanding and agreement, which shall be binding upon, and shall inure
to the benefit of Riverhill and the County of Kerr, and their respective successors and
assigns:
1. No buildings, fences, trees, shrubs or other improvements or growths shall
be constructed or placed upon or across the Roads hereby dedicated.
2. Riverhill will cause each of the Roads not alreasy improved to be improved and
