Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14433 ORDER AUTHORIZING JOINDER WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE IN SUIT TO RECOVER DAMAGES TO AIRPORT FENCE ON this the 26th day of August, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of authorizing legal counsel to file suit on behalf of Kerr County and the City of Kerrville to recover damages to the City-County Airport fence resulting from a traffic violation; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County should join with the City of Kerrville in authorizing such suit, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County authorize the City Attorney Thomas S. Terrell to file suit on behalf of Kerr County and the City of Kerrville in the County Court of Kerr County against Kathleen A. SEVEN. ~, DEDICATION THIS DEDICATION entered into on this the 17th day of August, 1981, by RIVERHILL CLUB & ESTATES, LTD., a Texas limited partnership acting by and through its duly authorized general partner, Silco, Inc., ("Riverhill"); W I T N E S S E T H: Riverhill is the owner of that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Kerr County, Texas which is more particularly described as Townhouse Tracts No. Seven, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 261 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, which includes the roads shown thereon and described therein, (the "Roads"). It is the desire of Riverhill to hereby dedicate the Roads to the public use as herein- after set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, Riverhill hereby dedicates the Roads to the public use, forever, for road, street and right-of-way purposes. To the extent any portion of the Roads have heretofore been dedicated this Dedication shall be a reaffirmation and ratification of the same.
