DISTRIBUTING COMPANY
On this the 26th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a proposal to purchase a new Copy
Machine - Savin System 790, from Copy Distributing Company, in the amount of $7425.00, plus
cabinet $150.00 and machine delivery and installation charge of $60.00, total price being
$7,635.00, less a trade-in of one Canon 5000 Plain Copier, purchased 2/5/1979, presently
in use in the County Clerk's Office, in the amount of $1000.00, leaving a net amount of
$6,635.00 for the new copy machine.

WHEREAS, heretofore on the 26th day of June, 1981, the County Judge of Kerr County,
Texas, caused to be published a notice announcing the election to be held on the 8th day of
August, 1981; and,
WHEREAS, notice of said election was actually given as required by law and as directed
in said notice, as is shown on the face of said election order; and,
WHEREAS, said election was duly and legally held on the 8th day of August, 1981, in
conformity with the election laws of the State of Texas, and the results of said election
have been returned by the proper judge thereof; and,
WHEREAS, the returns of said election are hereby certified as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears to the said County Judge, and the County Judge so finds, that the
said election was in all respects lawfully held; and,
WHEREAS, the results of said election have been tabulated and are hereby certified and
that such tabulation and canvass is correct;
