with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14437 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF TRACTOR-LOADER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF
KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 2 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO EDENS IMPLEMENT
COMPANY
On this the 4th day of September 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of
one new Ford 340 Diesel Tractor, Model CU 312K, Serial Number C658451, with 1 Ford 745
Loader, Serial No. CL 29148, which includes a trade-in of one 1966 Model Tractor with Loader-
Ford Model 44024E-C5-E2-M2-T14, Serial No. C113036.
(Delivered Price - $12,240.00 less $2440.00 trade-in, net amount of bid - $9,800.00).
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher in the amount of $9,800.00 payable to Edens Implement Company, out of the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund.

N0. 14438 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN THE WOODS SECTION ONE AND SECTION TWO
On this the 4th day of September 1981, came on to be considered by the Court the
matter of acceptance of roadways in THE WOODS, SECTION ONE and THE WOODS, SECTION TWO, in ~'

Upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court ~'

unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No. 13436 dated September 11th, 1978,

recorded in Volume 0, Page 371 of the Commissioners' Court Minutes and Order No. 13753, date
July 20, 1979, recorded in Volume 0, Page 480 of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard
to THE WOODS, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. 2, does accept the roadways
in said subdivision mentioned above. 1
It is further ordered by the Court that Kerr County Precinct No. 2 will not be respon-
sible nor assume liability for any damages caused by trees that are in right-of-ways designa~-

ed on said Plats.
