N0. 14448 ORDER ADJUSTING MONTHLY REIQTAL PAYMENTS FOR PROBATION OFFICES
On this the 14th day of September 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the necessity of adjusting monthly rental payments for probation offices in the Kellogg
Building and it appearing to the Court that such payments should be adjusted per recommenda-
tions and agreement with the Chief Adult Probation Officer, so as to meet the 10% rental
increase made by the building owner.
It is ordered on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie
and unanimously approved by the Court, that effective October 1, 1981, a monthly payment of
$220.00 be made to the Kellogg Building for rental for the adult and juvenile probation
officers to be allocated as follows:
$165.00 per month to be paid from the 216th District Probation Fund for rental
for the Adult Probation Office;
$ 55.00 per month to be paid from the General Fund of Kerr County, for rental for
the Juvenile Probation Office of Kerr County.

N0. 14449 SALARY INCREASE FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTERS OF THE 198th JUDICIAL DISTRICT AND
216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of September 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved salary increases for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial District from $7,779.00 per annum to $8,400.00
per annum, and the Official District Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District from
$6,525.00 per annum to $7,920.00 per annum, effective September 1st, 1981.

N0. 14450 APPP.OVAL OF FOURTH QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of September 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to the Kerr County
Tax Appraisal District, in the amount of $23,891.08, for the fourth quarterly payment of the
1981 amended budget of the Kerr County Appraisal District.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr County Appraisal District in the above
amount.

N0. 14451 RESIGNATION OF JUDITH ROGERS, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 14th day of September 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,

Rogers, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, be ratified and confirmed, effective September 4th,
1981.
