by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF WESTWOOD PARK ESTATES
PART II, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until ',
residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed and
paved according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Number
Three.

DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC. & AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 14th day of September 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of one new Copy
Machine - Savin System 790, from Copy Distributing Company, in the net amount of $6,635.00,
which includes a trade-in of one Canon 5000 Plain Copier.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the General Fund, payable to Copy Distributing Company, Inc. in the amount of
$6,635.00, for the new machine.
