~~ 0. 14475 ORDER CREATING KERR COUNTY SPECIAL CUSTODIAL FUND AND ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS THEREFROM On this the 12th day of October, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court he matter of the establishment on the books of the Treasurer a Special Custodial Fund for he purpose of receiving and disbursing certain monetary restitution payments to be made to __err County pursuant to orders entered in Cause No. 556 in the 198th District Court of Kerr County and pursuant to recommendation made by the County Auditor, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer be authorized and directed to establish on her books and as a separate account in the Kerr County Depository a fund to be designated as "Kerr County Special Custodial /Account"; and that upon receipt by the Treasurer of restitution payments made pursuant to the aforesaid orders of the 198th District Court, such payments shall be deposited in the afore- said fund; and it is further ordered by the Court that the Treasurer be authorized to make disbursements of such funds to those officials, other entities lawfully entitled to receive same in such order of disbursement and amounts of disbursements as may be recommended by the County Auditor and approved by the County Judge. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14476 ORDER DESIGNATING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KERR COUNTY AS EX-OFFICIO ROAD COMMISSIONERS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 6762 REVISED CIVIL STATUTES AS AMENDED EFFECTIVE 1981 On this the 12th day of October, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of complying with the provisions of Article 6762, Revised Civil Statutes, as amended by Senate Bill 1242, Acts of the 67th Legislature effective 1981; and it appearing to the Court that Article 6762 as amended by the said Senate Bill 1242 now applies to Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that each of the four County Commissioners of Kerr County be designated as Ex-Officio Road Commissioner for his precinct, and that each commissioner shall forthwith execute a corporate surety bond in the amount of $3,000.00 to be approved by the County Judge, payable to the County Judge, for the use and benefit of the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14477 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE NEW FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ARTICULATED LOADER, FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 3 On this the 12th day of October 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for one new Four Wheel Drive Articulated Loader, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 3. Bid price shall include delivery FOB job site in Commissioner's Precinct No .. 3 of Kerr County, Texas. Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., November 9th, 1981, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas. Bid price to include trade-in of one Ford 1841 Industrial Tractor with 5/8 cu. yd. bucket loader. Alternate bids without trade-in will be considered. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
