CLAYPOOL FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534, SECTION 3 On this the 12th day of October, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Harry A. Claypool as compensation for his conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the construction of Loop 534, Section 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which land comprises 0.431 acres of land ~, out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and is designated as Parcel No. 1 of said right of way; ~ and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Harry A. Claypool the sum of $27,035.00 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 1 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of his right of way deed; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Transporta- ~~ tion of the aforesaid right of way deed and on final title approval, a voucher shall be drawn ~(^~ in the amount of $27,035.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable to Harry A. Claypool; (7 provided, however, in the event there remain unpaid ad valorem taxes levied against the portion of W. C. Francis Survey No. 146 owned by Harry A.
