On this the 12th day of October 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14484 OFFER TO HARRY A. CLAYPOOL FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534, SECTION 3
On this the 12th day of October, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Harry A. Claypool as compensation for his conveyance
to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the construction of Loop 534, Section
3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which land comprises 0.431 acres of land.

and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it

approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Harry A. Claypool the sum of $27,035.00
as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 1 ;
as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of his right of way deed; and it is
further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Transports

N0. 14488 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT TO ISSUE BONDS BY AND BETWEEN KERB COUNTY INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND SAVAGE FIBERGLASS PIPE, INC.
WHEREAS, Kerr County (the "Unit"), a political subdivision, has approved and authorized I~

the creation of the Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation (the "Corporation") as a
Texas nonprofit industrial de~relopment corporation, pursuant to the provisions of the Develop-'
I
ment Corporation Act of 1979, Article 5190.6, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes (the I!
"Act"), to act on behalf of the Unit to promote and develop commercial, industrial and manu-
facturing enterprises to promote and encourage employment and the public welfare; and I',
WHEREAS, the Corporation is authorized by the Act to issue industrial development revenue l
bonds on behalf of the Unit for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of an industrial',
or manufacturing "project," as defined in the Act, and to sell or lease the project or to loan
the proceeds of the bonds to finance all or part of the costs of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Corporation now proposes to enter into an Agreement to Issue Bonds with ~
Savage Fiberglass Pipe, Inc. (the "User"), pursuant to which the Corporation agrees, subject i

to certain conditions, to issue its tax exempt industrial development revenue bonds in the ~
aggregate principal amount (excluding bonds issued to refund any of the Bonds) now estimated
